Are you between 13 and 16 years old? “The Spot” is the place to be! Join us every Tuesday and Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm for a variety of activities such as board games, video game tournaments, homework help with a teacher-in-training, movie nights, outings (on Fridays), as well as access to our various rooms (gym, pool, weight room, multi-purpose room, kitchen, aerobics room, etc.). All under the supervision of an experienced activity leader who takes the well-being of teenagers to heart.

What’s “The Spot” ?

It’s a brand-new teen room in the Centre du Sablon, dedicated exclusively to 13-16 year-olds. It’s a large, relaxed-style space, with a variety of features to make it a welcoming place for teens.

In addition to access to the Centre du Sablon facilities, here are some of the features present in the space:
– Comfortable seating (sofas, chairs, poufs, floor mats)
– Entertainment (board games, table football/billiards table, TV, Playstation)
– Learning (reading corner, computer desk, computer, stationery, pencils)
– Creativity (drawing/crafting tools, pencils, whiteboard, collage)
– Etc.

The aim is to have a good time with friends, make new ones, create memories and enjoy the day.
